It seems obvious that one should listen to classical composers from the romantic period (1800 - 1850) to familiarize oneself with this music.&nbsp;</p><p>There is also a long tradition in film music. In this context, the music not only is here to set the mood, but also amplify the emotions of a love scene. We should be able to feel a little ‘naked’ and fall in love like the characters do with each other.&nbsp;</p><p>Music for love scenes are often associated with big lush soaring string melodies.&nbsp;</p><p>It is very common for composers to go from small intimate textures to big orchestral climaxes.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>But what make<span style="letter-spacing: 0.1px;">s a love scene really work are the details. As it is in real life, it’s easy to ruin the moment. For that matter, only the study of multiple examples will help us spotting all the subtleties that can bring the magic of love into a scene.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p><p><br></p><p>We chose to explore three excerpts that involve a first kiss. Of course, not all romantic scenes are set up this way, but we thought that focusing on that particular moment will help us identifying some of the details involved in the creation of this magical moment that happens when people fall in love for the first time.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><div><br></div>',
