This seems very common in Comedy music. It’s quite light, humoresque, and allows for other instruments to cut through effortlessly. We can associate those sounds/texture to the background/location.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p>One particular feature of this cue is that we can observe over time a <b>reduction in the span of orchestration</b>. We start with an ambitus that exceeds 5 octaves. We then move to a section that is under 4 octaves.
